Bernadette Kaufmann (photo) joined Hollenstein & Partner in July 2009 as a partner in the business.
A lawyer by training Bernadette specializes in liability issues and loves the more complex D&O, technical insurance and special coverage work. She has over 20 years of broking experience, both internationally and in domestic Swiss business.
Her responsibilities within Hollenstein & Partners include taking over from Thomas Bauert as International Desk Manager.

Meanwhile, Hollenstein & Partner have opened an additional office directly in Zurich's insurance district. The office will be headed by Walter Schuster whose broad background in the industry include both the insurance and broking side as well as claims management and industrial insurance.
