Diego joined UNIBA Partner´s Board of Directors in October 2021 as Director for Latin America.

Diego is director and founder of Norfolk Risk (NKR) in Argentina, an insurance broker founded in 2010. He has over 25 years’ experience in the insurance and reinsurance markets as a broker and risk consultant for corporate clients all over the Latam region.

Diego started his career at Marsh in 1995 where he worked for almost 10 years. In 2004 he joined Willis as Commercial Manager and Network Country Manager. In 2009 he left Willis and after a brief period at JLT he created Norfolk. During the period 2017 – 2019 Diego served on the National Ministry of Agriculture as National Risk Director and leaded the negotiations of the GIRSAR Project (Risk Management – Agri Sector), a USD 150M Loan with the World Bank, including the development of parametric CAT (drought and Flood) insurance solutions, early alert systems, and regional infrastructure mitigation plans. In December 2018 we joined Uniba-Partners.

Diego has a Bachelor degree on International Trade and it is currently member of local brokers associations AAPAS (Asociación Argentina de Productores Asesores de Seguros).

Diego lives in Buenos Aires with his wife and partner Gabriela and their four kids. He loves to spend time together and travel with his family. He also loves playing tennis and being rugby coach of his younger kids.
