Shield is authorized to carry out the business of Insurance Broking, Risk Management Services and Business Consultancy Services and as required, is licensed under the Insurance Law, 2021 Act 1061 to carry out composite insurance broking business in Ghana.

Since its establishment, Shield has competently handled the insurances of respectable local and multinational companies and has been continuously adjudged the broker of choice.

Shield is headquartered in Accra and has a branch in Kumasi. It has strategic partners in the United Kingdom, India, UAE, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Ivory Coast.  Shield is also a registered member of Petroleum Commission, National Health Insurance Authority, Insurance Brokers Association of Ghana (IBAG), West African Insurance Companies Association (WAICA) and Africa Insurance Organization (AIO).
